For several years, a century old Anglican church sat vacant on Jones Avenue in the Leslieville area. Witnessing the beautiful architecture firsthand, we want to preserve its former glory. We will utilize as much of the architecture as possible and will repurpose this space into modern day lofts. Using the distinguished designer Raphael Gomes, we hope to preserve as much of the landmark as possible with modern interior finishing. The parking lot beside the church will be converted into a row of modern 2,3 and 4 bedroom townhouses (6-regular and 6-stacked townhouses). Currently with its vandalised interior and boarded stainless steel windows, we are excited about the resurrection of this space and restoring it to its former glory. The project is still in its infancy but already we have a following of people spreading word about this project.
