ArtHouse Condos is a new condominium development by Flato Developments Inc. that is now complete located at 9582 Markham Road, Markham in the Wismer neighbourhood with a 75/100 walk score and a 54/100 transit score. ArtHouse Condos is designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects. Development is scheduled to be completed in 2016. The project is 14 storeys tall and has a total of 200 suites.
