Granite Homes is excited to announce their newest Guelph community. This unique pocket of only 32 condominium units is a one-of-a-kind project offering sleek contemporary loft-style living in Guelph’s south end. A stunning mix of glass, natural limestone treated wood, stucco and extensive landscaping blend together with award winning design by Altius Architects to create something never before available in Guelph. For this project Granite Homes worked with Altius Architects the award winning firm known for clean contemporary design. The end result is a unique set of buildings that fan out to allow sunlight to penetrate the spaces between buildings, large overhangs and recessed windows to maximize light penetration while using passive solar design to ensure shading in the summer and maximizing light in the winter.
