21 Broadview Avenue Condos is a new condominium development by Streetcar Developments currently in pre-construction located at 21 Broadview Avenue, Toronto in the Riverside neighbourhood with a 80/100 walk score and a 91/100 transit score. 21 Broadview Avenue Condos is designed by CEBRA Architecture & Kasian Architecture. The project is 12 storeys tall and has a total of 340 suites.

Streetcar Developments & Dream are partnering to bring new life to the lands at 21-53 Broadview Avenue, 344 Eastern Avenue, and the rear 14.5 metres of 18-34 & 40 Lewis Street. Rooted in the context of its neighbourhood, this project builds on the existing identity of the Riverside area and celebrates the site’s prominent position at the corner of Broadview & Eastern. Designed to act as a visual gateway for the neighbourhood, this Danish-designed building will focus on bringing architecture that reflects the existing area, both completing and complementing the existing streetscape, while providing high quality urban homes and retail spaces.
